wanna talk about proud? well I kinds forgot about a book that I had started and while it itsnt very good at all the opening it what I am proud of...

I’ve been told all of my life that I am bitch. They aren't wrong, but when it's all you are known as, it’s a bit hardening. Especially if you are named Darcy, yes after Fitzwilliam Darcy from Pride and Prejudice. My mother adored that book and later the movie. But not everyone shared that same passion.

She said that the story between the two was agony at first but then came the understanding of each other's “spirit,” as she called it. In reality, she loved the arguments and banter between the two knowing that they had love only for each other. She lived for the fantasy that they created. Being loved while at the same time being insufferable. Mother wanted me to be happy, as do all mothers, but I was no Darcy or Elizabeth Bennett for that matter.
